What are your hours?
We are open 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and 7 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday & Sunday.
Do you have large machines for big, bulky items?
We have various sized machines to take care of bulky items like comforters and sleeping bags.
Wash & Fold Questions:
What is the turnaround time?
The normal turnaround time is 24 hours.
Is there a minimum amount for wash and fold?
The minimum is 10 pounds.
Is everything charged by the pound?
Large items such as comforters, sleeping bags and pillows are charged by the piece rather than the pound.
What kind of products do you use?
We use a high-grade commercial detergent that is hypo-allergenic.
Pickup & Delivery:
What does "recurring customer" mean?
If you sign up to be a recurring customer, you will choose between having your clothing picked up weekly or bi-weekly.
What if I go on vacation?
You can go into your account and request certain weeks off.
Is there a contract?
No, we never sign contracts. As long as you are happy with our service, we are sure you will stay with us.
What if I am not home when you do your pickup or delivery?
You can tell us in your account where you would like us to pickup or drop off your clothes. Examples are the front porch, back porch, behind the gate, with the apartment manager, or in an unlocked garage. We will follow your instructions.
